All gift items are fully packaged with a ribbon tied, and shipped as carefully as possible to prevent damage. The purchaser's name will be listed as the sender.

Can I bundle other products together?

No, this is not possible. Only the items included in the gift set can be packaged together. It is an exclusive set.

Will gift packaging affect the delivery date?

Generally, no. We ship within one business day. However, there is a limit to the number of orders we can accept per day, so during busy periods, it may take an additional day. We understand that the delivery date for gifts is very important, and we kindly ask that you place your order early during peak seasons such as Christmas.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes. You can specify a delivery date starting from 5 days ahead. However, in rare cases, if holidays fall in between or for remote areas, we may not be able to accommodate your request. For deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, or certain specific areas, please feel free to contact us and we will check individually.
