Return/exchange conditions and precautions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
- Products that have been used.
- Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer.
- If more than 30 days have passed since the product arrived.
- If the reason is not a product defect but a feeling of use.


Precautions
There are no restrictions on the packaging for returns, but please make sure that the product is not damaged. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days, so please be sure to observe this rule.

- Please send the product back to us with prepayment.
