Inner microfiber

It's simple but it becomes clean because it's filled with plenty of microfibers inside!

It will clean the surface of the shoes by rubbing it with many bristles. The fluffy and thick texture also helps to absorb the impact on the shoes during washing.

Moderate space is key.

The key is to have an appropriate amount of space. If the shoes can move a little, the brush will effectively remove dirt from the shoes.

One shoe per bag. In other words, you need to use two sets to wash one pair of shoes. If you put both left and right shoes in the same bag, it will become tight and there will be no gaps, making it difficult for the brush to work effectively.

FAQ
The laundry bag works best with the following shoe types,
  1. - Canvas shoes (uwabaki/ Japanese indoor shoes, Converse, etc.)
  2. - Mesh shoes (running shoes, etc.)
  3. - Synthetic leather shoes
  4. - Suede shoes

For shoes up to 30cm (approx. 12 in the US/ 11 in the UK/ 45 in the EU)
The laundry bag doesn’t work with the following shoes,

- Leather (genuine) shoes
- Enamel shoes

These shoes are not suitable for washing in the laundry bag/ washing machine. We recommend washing them with our ROSY LILY shoe shampoo.

If the shoes cannot be dehydrated or drained, it does not mean that they cannot be washed just because there is still some water remaining after dehydration.
Do I need detergent and fabric softener?

Please wash it using detergent. It is better not to use fabric softener.

You can wash your shoes with commercially available detergent, but ROSY LILY's shoe washing machine detergent is a strong detergent specifically designed to make whites whiter. It is not suitable for regular clothing, but it is recommended for washing shoes.
Can I use it to clean the inside of shoes?

Yes, it can be washed.

There are broadly two methods of cleaning. One is cleaning through friction with a brush, and the other is dissolving and removing dirt with a solution such as detergent.

The washing machine will be the latter, but stains that are strongly adhered require cleaning through friction with strong pressure, and it is necessary to use them separately.

In other words, because they are washable in a washing machine, it means that the insides of the shoes can all be washed.

It's the same as not having the issue of being unable to wash the back side of a T-shirt even with a regular laundry. When it comes to clothing, washing with a detergent solution is sufficient and doesn't pose any problem. However, since shoes tend to accumulate dirt that requires brushing, there are specialty laundry nets like "ZUKKURIN NET" that are designed to allow for friction washing in a washing machine.
How many times can the laundry bag be used?

It’s a “laundry bag” so it depends on the functions of your washing machine, as well as the weight and materials of your shoes. There are no definite answers. Use the bag until it wears and the zipper breaks!
Detailed cleaning directions

1. First, remove the shoelaces and the soles from your shoes. Brush off all mud and sand with water before putting your shoes into the laundry bag.

2. Place the shoes and shoelaces in the laundry bag, then place the soles in the washing machine and wash them with plenty of water in the normal/soaking program. Use normal cleaning detergent. NO SOFTENER.

3. Once the dehydration process is completed, remove your shoes from the bag, adjust their shape, and air dry.

- Put ONLY ONE SHOE in the bag each time. Sufficient space inside the bag is the key to boosting the cleaning power.


It is okay to put both the left and right shoes of small children's shoes in one net, but it is preferable to keep them separate as they may rub against each other and become worn out.
Cautions

- Try washing the bag inside out without shoes and softener,the seams of the fabric might then shrink to boost up the cleaning power and the strength of the bag.

- Debris might appear after the first use. It doesn’t affect the functions of the bag. Wash the bag alone one time inside out to avoid the problem.

- Depending on the size/type of washing machine and the materials of your shoes, your shoes could not be dehydrated well. Try washing multiple items together (or add a towel if you don’t have other items to wash) to avoid the problem.
